Exhibition

An exhibition will be held alongside the International Conference on Women in Physics from Monday 17 to Tuesday 18 over two locations.  All stands will be located with posters and catering maximising time spent with the conference participants.

The International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) conference will be held at the University of Birmingham, UK. The conference will be organised in partnership with the Institute of Physics, (IOP) and the Universites of Nottingham and Warwick.

  • allocated exhibition area space of 3 x 2 m (please ensure you keep within these dimensions); desks are available and measure 600 x 900 mm; plus 2 chairs
  • one complimentary pass to the conference
  • exhibitor name badge
  • web link to your organisation on the conference website
  • a delegate and exhibitor list
  • lunch and refreshments for one representative on show days.


Book before 19 June 2017 to take advantage of a discounted rate of £600+VAT.  The rate thereafter is £700+VAT.


Exhibition package - Option 2: The Marquee


The exhibition package includes:

  • allocated exhibition area space of 3 x 2 m (please ensure you keep within these dimensions); desks are available and measure 600 x 900 mm; plus 2 chairs.
  • one complimentary pass to the conference
